One week ago we welcomed Dylan in our lives with open arms. Eric took the whole of last week off work preparing for the baby. My first contraction came Tuesday at 11pm, and every 5 minutes after that. I waited until 11:50 to wake Eric up to tell him that they were every 4 minutes apart. We put our sleepy baby in the car and drove to Sacramento. My mom and dad met us there, Kamryn went with oupa home to sleep and my mom stayed to be with me during the birth. I was dialated between a 3 and 4 and then one hour later I was ready to push. 25 minutes later we met our beautiful baby boy.

Poor little guy went through a lot to meet us. He fractured his clavicle bone during birth. He was so brave, we didn't even know until Monday at his first doctors appointment. He's such an angel.

Not only is Dylan brave little fella, he is simply gorgeous, and I love the 'story' - thank Nanna for the genes, it's nice to have them so that giving birth is a breeze. Glad to see that you are all thriving and I am loving the photo's, will show them to Nanna tonight. Love and miss you all.

I am in love with the pictures of Kami with little Dylan!! She looks so cute, I love her excited face! We honestly are dying to meet the little stud! He is soo tiny and so cute! You are lucky that he wasn't born on your anniversary...Nate was an anniversary baby and my parents haven't celebrated theirs for 23 years! Anyways, what a cute family!! We love you guys are so happy for you :)

It was so fun to see him and all of you yesterday-if it hadn't been so crazy I would have begged to hold him. I'm excited to come see you and snuggle him on Friday. Montana loved running amock with Kami yesterday for a few minutes, so I know she'll be excited to go play.
I'm totally teary eyed and crying while looking at these posts- I know before long I'll be doing a post like this, and thats crazy to me!
