Eric is training for his marathon and wanted to do some high-altitude training in Tahoe, so we spent the day there. While Eric was running 20 miles, Kamryn and I had some fun together.
She threw pebbles in the lake
We had a few nature discussions, now she knows that geese have feathers.
She played with her sand toys, in the water.
and after 3 hours of playing in the big sand box, daddy came back to join in the fun.
After running 20 miles, he could barely keep up with his prego wifie:).

Lake Tahoe is such an amazing place, for all the South African's it is a huge, really huge lake but they call that area 'Commons Beach'. A Beach that is not at the sea? It is simply stunning there and I can understand why Eric wants to train there. Kami is growing so fast, she looks so cute. Lots of love

I'm only away for a week and I miss my Kami Cakes already! Lake Tahoe is a beautiful place to camp during summer and winter. Hope Eric kicks butt in two weeks time during the Salt Lake City Marathon. Love you, Sammy!
Eric you are an animal! Take it easy on Jason and the boys in SLC! Cheer really loud for them when they get to the finish line! Wish I could go with you but someone has to stay here and work. Maybe it will be furlough friday!

We were in Tahoe last weekend also. It is one of my favorite places. Kami is beautiful! I love her bathing suit where did you get it? Way to go Eric, good luck at your marathon.

We went to Pope Beach on South Shore. Camp Richardson's Beach on south shore is also pretty nice, great for camping too. On North Shore, Meeks Bay has a nice beach.
