We spent a little over a week in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The city is known as the Venice of America with all the waterways and canals making it nearly completely accessible via water. We fell in love with the city.

Water Taxi

The clear blue ocean was gorgeous but our one complaint was the lack of waves to surf

So we did what anyone who was desperate to play in the water would do, and rented paddleboards.

Daddy took Kami out to share his love for the ocean

she was so proud of herself for catching the waves.

Our guess is that we're going to have another surfer in the Lindsey Family.

We saw some rediculous homes on waterfront with even more rediculous yachts parked in the back.

Sorry for the picture overload, I actually tried narrowing it down. We had the best time and this is one place we will definitely go back to visit.
