We spent last weekend in Napa Valley for business, but it was Eric's Birthday on Saturday so we did a whole lot of fun things like...
Eat at the best steak house in Napa
Have yummy oysters
Get dressed up to go to a nice dinner
Stay at a really nice hotel
Take walks through the vineyard
Swim when it's 100 degrees out
Get a couples massage
Do a really stupid jump at 6 months pregnant and sprain my ankle
Meanwhile our little googies was having just as much fun at her ouma and oupa's house. They take such good care of her, we're lucky to have them around. They took her swimming, to the park and to watch a movie. She had a blast.I'm so blessed to be loved completely by someone so amazing. He opens doors for me, makes me breakfast every morning, allows me to put my ice cold feet on his warm body at night; he tells me I'm the most beautiful woman he's even seen, even when I'm 6 months pregnant; he spends nights playing on the floor with our daughter; he never loses his temper, and he always let's me have my way. In turn, I love and adore him.

You DO have an amazing hubbie. Lucky girl. I hope he had a great B-day. I thought of him all day and made sure I was going to call him, but never found the right moment. Until I was in bed asleep and woke up bursting out of my bed at 1:00 when my sub-conscious re-reminded me that I needed to call him. However, I figured you were asleep...but I had good intensions. Thanks for entrusting Kami to stay over so often. I feel so lucky to have granddaughters who love to come over. I hope it will always be that way. No more jumping young lady!
